James Hill & Friends
at the Napa Valley Opera House
Many of you have been asking if we have anything planned for the Friday evening before the festival. And we do. James Hill and few of his ‘ukulele buddies (Ralph Shaw, Del Rey, Kimo Hussey, and Victoria Vox) will be taking the stage at the Napa Valley Opera House in downtown Napa, on Friday, September 10 at 8:00 pm. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, July 19, and if you’re at all interested in attending, I wouldn’t wait a minute to purchase your tickets as soon as possible. Tickets will be available through the Opera House. If you call the box office directly (707-226-7372), you’ll save the “online” fee.
The Napa Valley Opera House is a charming venue in downtown Napa and sold-out performances are the norm. This is a great opportunity to those of you with workshop mania….you’ll be able to attend all the workshops and jam sessions on Saturday and Sunday and not have to miss performances by any of these great musicians. In addition, Judd’s Hill will be pouring wine in the lobby. It’s going to be a great evening.
The concert begins at 8:00 pm and we will keep you posted if any pre-concert festivities arise.
Vendor Registration Now Open
Because of the limited space available for vendors this year, we are limiting the number of vendors and restricting the type of merchandise specifically to ‘ukuleles and related merchandise. Please contact us if you’d like more information and let us know what you’d like to sell or display.
