Registration for the 2010 Wine Country ‘Ukulele Festival workshops is now open. Please read the following before downloading the registration form below.
Prior to August 28 individual workshops are $30 each, or you can purchase an all-day pass (Saturday and/or Sunday) for $85 each. The all-day pass includes your choice of any and all of the workshops offered that day (except for the master classes on Sunday) plus a complimentary tasting at Beringer’s Old Winery Tasting Bar on the promenade. In addition, the first 20 individuals to register for both days will also receive a free Oasis ‘Ukulele Humidifier, winner of the 2010 “Best in Show Award” at NAMM.
After August 28, individual workshops will be $35 each and all-day passes will be $95 each.
In order to ensure the enjoyment of all registered participants, we are asking that you pre-register for the workshops you want to attend. Enrollment will be limited this year and attendance monitored, so please register early to make sure you get your first choices. No one will be admitted unless they have pre-registered or purchased a ticket at the information booth the day of (assuming the workshop still has room.)
This year we are also offering Master Classes on Sunday with a number of our featured instructors. Enrollment will be limited to 10 students per class. Master classes are $35 each ($45 after August 28). Master classes are not included in the all-day festival workshop passes.
Tickets, passes, and registration materials will be available at “Will Call” between 9 am and 10 am on Saturday and Sunday and at the “Information Booth” after 10 am. “Will Call” will be at the front entrance of the Hudson House, next to the information booth.
We are again offering box lunches as a convenience to workshop attendees. They will be available at the Hudson House at 1:00 pm, during the scheduled lunch break. The box lunch includes 1/2 of a very generous deli-style sandwich, a small salad, fruit salad, dessert, and drink.
Refund Policy: If we receive notice that you wish to cancel your registration by August 13, 2010, we will refund all money received, less a $25.00 handling fee. If you cancel between August 13, 2010 and September 3, we will refund the amount paid less a 50% deposit. No refunds will be given after September 3.
The concerts on the Promenade Stage at Beringer Vineyards are free.
